Long term opportunities are the best for many reasons, but human nature
makes the new launches very attractive, so most people tend to join
the new programs. If one focuses only on trusted long term companies,
they have trouble recruiting because so many people prefer a new program.
But if one concentrates only on new launches, the paycheck becomes intermittent
because they are always switching programs when everyone quits the first one.
So you have to keep starting over.
I decided a while back that it makes the most sense to do a little of both
and work them consistantly.
